Notre plus grand hachoir-mélangeur dans cette gamme est le MW130-120. Ce hachoir est entièrement en acier inoxydable, facile d'opération et d’entretien. Son système électrique est complètement étanche à l'eau et la pénétration de viande. Grâce à son grand système de coupe et aux dimensions de sa vis, ce hachoir de 120 litres (100 kg) peut également être alimenté avec de grosses pièces de viande. Celui-ci convient idéalement pour être utilisé dans des lignes de portionnement, essentiellement en combinaison avec le Portiomat PM150 de KOLBE et peut traiter de grosses pièces de viande jusqu'à une température de -8°C.
 
Ce modèle est utilisé partout ou les exigences en matière de capacité requièrent l'utilisation d'un entonnoir de 120 litres (100 kg). Comme tous les hachoirs-mélageurs KOLBE, le MW se caractérise par des qualités de transport et de coupe exceptionnelles, garantissant le réchauffement le plus faible possible, et peu être commandé dans une variante réfrigérée.
